Hi, I'm Chelsea!

It began with a spark of inspiration, a single idea that took root in my heart. Now, that idea has blossomed into a reality where I am privileged to guide and support women on their unique journeys while fostering growth, strength, connection, and comfort.

Life can be a bit cray-cray at times (or most of the time), am I right? To embrace the good in everything and seek the light no matter the season, here at Grow Girly we focus on our blessings and not our shortcomings!

My mission at Grow Girly is to empower women to flourish in faith, fitness, and well-being, with a supportive community, fitness coaching, and inspiring apparel.
