NASM Certified Personal Trainer
Hey there! My name is Chelsea and I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer.
How can I help improve your fitness journey?
My services include strength training, conditioning, simple physical activity, balance and flexibility, sports-specific training, and more related to fitness activity. I will create personalized workout programs just FOR YOU to reach your fitness goals!
Where will I train you?
- I can travel to YOU. If this is a new beginning to physical activity, or if a trip to the gym sounds like a hassle, let me bring the gym to you! I will provide all equipment needed and you can train in the comfort of your home.
- Outside (track, trail, field, driveway, etc.)
- Gym or fitness facility
- Virtually (I will provide you with a scheduled list of workouts, including a list of any equipment needed along with instruction for each exercise. Virtual check-ins over a consistent basis will help us keep track of your progress and answer any questions you have along the way.)
I have locations for each option designated but am also open to your suggestions!
On what basis will you workout and what will it cost you?
Frequency of training, along with the tentative game plan of how we will reach your goals and pricing will be discussed in the first consultation meeting. Please provide me with your information below so I can reach out to get something scheduled.
